Caddo Cabin: A Rustic Tiny House for 2 (or 4)
Caddo Cabin is located at
131 Bois D' Arc Dr. in Uncertain,
sharing five wooded acres on the slough with the Slough View Cabin. It's a rustic cabin built for two, with a nod toward the "Tiny House" movement. Caddo Cabin has everything you need: one bedroom with a king bed, one bath, full eat-in kitchen, living area with a comfortable (queen sleeper) sofa and screened porch to sit and watch the world go by. It's different from the Slough View, in that it has a full kitchen (range included) and a separate bedroom. Caddo Cabin is pet-friendly (please bring a crate or other containment for times the pet is alone).

is a NO SMOKING lodging
(smoking allowed on outside porches only) and has:

with microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, and coffee maker (Mr. Coffee, with coffee), all dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, etc.

with comfortable seating & additional outside porch with table & chairs
Covered outdoor grill and picnic area
Barbecue
(bring charcoal)
Canoes and kayaks
(with paddles and lifejackets) available within walking (or biking) distance
Firepit
Two-night minimum stay required, a 3-night minimum for a holiday stays. Sorry, NO one-night rentals. Guests will be charged for any damages incurred during their stay and will be charged $25 for cleaning above the amount deemed normal (NO fish cleaning allowed in the cabin).
RATES for Caddo Cabin
$90.00 per night plus tax, double occupancy, daily.
Extra persons are $11 per night—children under 10, no charge (limit, 2).
Caddo Cabin is primarily suited to a couple but can accommodate up to 4 persons.
Pets allowed only with prior approval; pet charge: $10 for small pets, $25 for larger pets, and any additional cleaning required will incur additional charges. Guests bringing pets must bring their own pet-containment system (crate, playpen, etc.) to house the animal when it is left alone in the cabin. Guests are liable for any damages done by their pets and may be charged for any additional cleaning required above what is considered normal.
Stays longer than three days may qualify for discounted rates.
Caddo Cabin is a NO SMOKING lodging.
Check-In is 2 pm Check-out is 11 am.
Cancellation and Reservation Policy
A credit (no debit) card or a deposit equal to one-night stay is required to hold your reservation; Holiday stays require a deposit for two nights, as do stays over three nights.
We accept cash or personal check for payment at the time of your visit. Credit card payment is accepted with prior approval and includes an additional fee. Debit cards may be charged for a deposit of one night at the time of reservation.
Notice of cancellation must be made 2 days in advance. If we do not receive a notification at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited, or your credit card will be charged for one night's lodging (two for holidays).
